Would this be possible?

If I do a Level 2 BTEC this year in 'Employability and enterprise'.

Next year I go do another completely different Level 2 BTEC more suited to what I want to do after college?

You will not get any funding for another Level 2 course. You have to be progressing academically to be entitled to anything, so you would have to pay the full course fee yourself.
