I have just moved to Lincoln and will be studying Computer Games Production from September.

There are 2 double rooms and a single room available all with a new bed, desk, chair and clothes rail.

The rent is £60/wk-single, £65/wk-double.

The rent includes all bills (elec, gas and water), broadband, cable TV and TV License.

The road also has unrestricted street parking if you drive.
