Predicted grades good enough of economics?

My predicted grades for A2 are Maths (A), Chemistry (A), Biology (A/B, hoping for an A) F. Maths (B) and Latin (B, but took it up from scratch i.e didn't do Latin at GCSE). My school doesn't predict A*s. My GCSEs are 5 A*s, 4 As, 1 B (French) and 1/2 B (ICT). I have a very good reference and a good personal statement, and good extracurricular activities and work experience. I'm also a foreign student. Do I have a chance at applying for economics at UCL?
