Studying: Need some help.

I've purchased my economics book and I've been going through it slowly but I'm just wondering how do people digest the information. Say you've had a lecture how would you study it.

Read the chapter once, then re-read chapter writing out key information and then finally writing questions to confirm you've understood that information or how?

I used the one just listed but it was quite time consuming.

It will be up to you as to how best you study - use the techniques which worked for you during your time at school. Whether thats reading the book and making notes (my method) or walking round recording things onto recorder.

Just because you are in a different environment the techniques you use will still be the same
