gap year after uni?
is there such a thing? i was sort of planning travelling the world for a year after uni, then entering the world of work - anyone ever does this?

yep. lots do it from the post-uni people i've met 
don't see why it would be any more difficult than any other uni...
as for a gap after uni - loads of people do them! Go for it. I was thinking of having one before, AND one after...

i would so love to take a year out too, but am still hesitating ... but otherwise it is quite common travelling afterwards. i met this guy who took two years out. he first got a small random job for nearly a year (well, then i guess thats not a year out) and spent the following year travelling in australia, india etc
