Its up to the Uni if they agree to a gap year that late - many wont.
Btw - You cant hold a place and reapply next year.
If you decide to reapply in any gap year, you will need to decline the existing place first.

Gap year will only come in place if i change my mind to diff uni all together after results day

Usually its no problem - but you are not guaranteed another offer.
