If its a bad day, I'll instantly become paranoid about every aspect of my entire appearance, especially my facial expression which is usually similar to a slapped arse. If its a good day, I'll assume they find me attractive and instantly think 'I really dont see it, myself'.
If its a reaaaally good day, I'll think 'Maybe I am attractive'..
Of course, all this is assuming this is a male staring.
If a girl is staring I automatically think 'WHATS YOUR EFFING PROBLEM, EYY LOVE?'

I'd think "why are they looking at me", and I wouldn't try to guess the reason because it could be anything. So I'd just stare back until they look away.
I go to an all boys school.... oh
