Hey guys,
I'm an international applicant. Today I got a letter from UCL offering me a place for Mathematics with Mathematical Physics. I'm overjoyed but I think it's odd because I didn't even send my A Level/AS Level results when I applied let alone have an interview!! I have no idea why they didn't throw it away as soon as I they saw it.
Can anyone give me an explanation for this?

Your school/referee has sent them your predicted grades/score and so they probably based their offer on that, along with your personal statement.
