Give it some chance, you'd be lucky if you heard from many before xmas (one or two maybe, depends on where you've applied). Its more likely to be mid-late janurary.

I don't think you should be worried at all !
It depends on the unis that you have applied to. My first offer (from UEA) was 6 days after I have sent my application wheras it took Aston 4 weeks to give me the offer.
So you just need to be patient!

I wouldn't worry the minimum time is about 2 weeks. plus there's no-one at most uni's from 23 Dec-6 Jan.
