Practicals Physics New Spec Edexcel PLEASE HELP

Hi, I come from Belgium so I don't know everything about A Levels..

I'm taking Physics A level to match the entry requierement for uni as an external candidate (I already have already finished my secondary in Belgium)

So my question is: Do units 3 and 6 of Physics are courseworks OR practical exams OR both?

And what is the difference between both?

Because I am looking for a centre to sit the units as an external candidate but most don't offer practical exams.. I have found some that offer courseworks though.. So is a coursework enough for those units?
