Ball gowns
Ok kids I need some help.....
Now for university I really want a nice ball gown but I've had enormous difficulty finding one in the shops that will fit because I'm a weird shape. My mother has said that she will get one made for me but to look around and decide what style I want first. I tried one on that didn't fit at the weekend that was exactly the kind I wanted- it was strapless and had some net under the bottom half and a kind of triangle of a different colour starting at the hip and widening to the ankle. Sorry I'm so terrible at describing things! Anyway, I've been looking on the internet and can't find the kind of thing I want...so if anyone has and good webpages of ball gowns/prom dresses please can you post them! It doesn't matter if it's american or anything because I'm not actually buying it- I just want to look at the designs! Thanks xxx

i love cheongsams. they look stunning on anyone. please explain your body shape prob and maybe we can help. cheongsmas add curves to a stright boyish body shape. to slim a fat shape, go for vertical details like a V neckline or sweetheart neck, armless, and a tailored waist, and perhapos a split up the side and visible vertical seams. avoid satiny shiny fabrics stick to velvets or chiffons

I have a ball gown, but it will get ruined if I take it to uni with me in a suitcase
(plus, it's not actually that nice - I mean, it is lovely, but it doesn't really enhance my figure, more like does the opposite
