Full refund on fake shoes

I bought a pair of shoes, from a store. Just a few days away i noticed that it was very different to the one's in other store's. I have had and wore this shoes for 3 weeks(not constantly). Will i be able to claim full refund on the shoes ?

The store claims that the shoes are not fake but my own is to different from other's, and i can visually prove it.

So what are my chances of a full refund due to the item been fake and has been used a few times ?

Aren't they just different shoes...

If you can prove its fake then the goods have been mis sold and under the sale of goods act you can claim a refund.

However, just cause it's different it might not necessarily be fake. Is there any way you can contact the manufacturer and have it confirmed?
