You will need to talk to the uni if you're taking non-standard qualifications. They may allow you to do this but it's impossible for anyone here to predict.

GCE A level

Acceptability Acceptable on its own & combined with other qualifications
Subjects and grades required Chemistry at grade B and Any Science subject.

BTEC National Award (6 units) (not including Early Years)

Acceptability Acceptable on its own & combined with other qualifications

This is on UCAS for a university so does that mean I can use the Distinction for my BTEC as long as chemistry is a B?

Juno has given you the advice you need, and we can't really help any further. Unless it is on the university website then you would be wise to contact them and ask if they accept BTEC qualifications and what sort of offer they would typically make in this case.
