Help Finding University/School for Fine Art Photography in Great Britain

Hello, If someone could please recommend me some Universities and/or Art Schools with good Fine Art Photography programs I would much appreciate it.

Prestige is not what is important here, but the actual content of the education. I am looking for an open-minded, free thinking type school. Not a conservative or strict school. I want to be able to work independently with what I am interested in, not what some establishment has decided is important.

Newport is supposed to be one of the best in the UK for photography, i've not seen it myself but I have a friend there doing fine art photography who loves it!
Derby is another i've heard great things about. Facilities wise Derby and Newport seem really good.
There is also Nottingham Trent, which has a good reputation.
Glasgow School of Art has a fine art photography course too.
As far as strictness goes, i think most of them are quite flexible with their students, it's your degree after all.
