Marseille and Milan yes. Although Berlusconi's ownership put paid to that in a lot of people's minds, yet the majority of support is still on the left. But Roma have never been left wing. This is a common mistake as their arch rivals, Lazio are well renowned for their right wing elements. Roma's ultras are definitely right wing, just maybe not as bad as Lazio's. I've seen plenty of nazi symbolism and celtic crosses in the curva sud at the stadio olimpico, roma's end as well as tje curva nord (lazio's).

Celtic for their obvious political connections are very left wing, anti-imperialist. There was always a strong element of Marxism in the Irish Republican movement.

Positioning yourself against British Imperialism does not make you left-wing, Celtic and Liverpool both have a grim history of racism despire their fake-ass rep as the underdog.
In Spain, rayo Vallecano is the most left wing club.
