I am new to all this

Help! I am new to all this, I am registered as a student and awaiting my
log-in to the student pages, I have down-loaded the First Class Software
from the OU site and it asks for a log in etc, what do I do?

Don't worry, we were all new to this once!

If you've already registered for a course, the OU should be in the
process of sending you a username and password - they send this out with
the confirmation of your registration.

Alternatively, you can try getting in touch with the Compuing Helpdesk
- the only details I can lay my hands on just now are these:

It might not be exactly the right place to ask, but I'm sure they'll
point you in the right direction. Failing that, someone else will be
along in a minute to put me right!!
