What a FANTASTIC essay title! I've done this one and LOVE it!
I would talk about general changes and then isostatic and eustatic, i tend to go for the british coastline- there are largely detrimental effects (something you can discuss in your conclusion as to why people live there) beach/cliff erosion, slumping, soil type, structure etc etc....you know the sort of thing.
positives are looking at negatives in a beneficial light
e.g. regeneration as old houses/buidings lost and so you can go on about saving money instead of demolition and allowing more hosues to be built further in land...then support with case studies etc...
