Pschology Edexcel Exam HELP please

For anyone who did 'How Psychology Works' paper yesterday, i just wanted to ask what you put for the first question.
The one that said describe either a family therapy or community care therapy. I wrote about the cognitive behavioral therapy because i thought that was a family therapy, but everyone i've spoke to about the exam wrote about ACT. So i was just wondering if anyone else wrote about CBT and if you could write about that :s

Care in the community is pretty much ACT.
ACT was just like a specialised programme in relation to the shutting down of psychiatric hospitals, but it still does the same basic things as CIC (Hollistic, team approach etc...)
