Chemical Engineering Interviews/Offers Thread

Newcastle: MEng, Offer of AAB
Manchester: MEng, Interview followed by offer of AAA
Loughborough: BEng, interview soon.
Surrey: BEng, interview soon.
Bath: BEng, haven't had a response yet.

At Manchester they were interested in why i study History at A Level (alongside chemistry and maths).

Anyone heard from Bath? I sent my application mid-october time.

I've heard from bath, they've given out quite a few of MEng offers, not sure about BEng though. They might be waiting for people to reject them to clear some spaces :/

That's filled me with confidence! :P Oh well, I don't need Bath anyway.

Yh, I got an offer from bath for the beng course, when did u apply?
And please do u have any more tips about Manchester interviews? Have one on in 2 weeks

Anybody heard 4rm ucl or imperial yet?

I've got my offer from Imperial already, but they sent out their first batch of offers just before xmas eve, so you'll be hearing something by the end of the month if you've already had an interview.

UCL's the only one i haven't heard from yet, they sent an email out saying they'd letus know by march?

I applied mid october.

And for the Manchester interview, mine was very relaxed. Not really an interview at all. We basically just discussed my A Levels. It was all very informal. But make sure you have answers to: "Why do you want to study Chemical Engineering?" and "Why would you like to study at Manchester?"

I got the same UCL letter. Sadly I haven't gotten an interview from imperial yet, when did u apply though nd Hw where ur predicted grades?
