so dont you socialise with your mates or what :s-smilie:?

Edit: whats up with all the negs? you guys dont have friends or what :s ?

No, generally when people want to succeed in life they prioritise revision over socialising with their friends, opting to keep their social life to a minimum. That doesn't mean they don't have friends, and it doesn't mean they become a hermit and stay inside the WHOLE time. It means that they get the revision done that they've set themselves to complete by a certain deadline, and once they've done that, they have a break and THEN socialise with their friends. Obviously you're set to fail all your exams if that's the conclusion that you've come to ha.

lol but the exams are like 6/7 weeks away mate. chill out hahah an hour or 2 a day will do for now. i'd say 3 weeks before the exams is where you bring out the excessive revision hours e.g 4 hours a day along side the revision you will be doing at college in ur class and weekends doing about 5 hours.

During the holidays top students will tend to consolidate all their notes of each subject so that they ensure complete understanding of the content and that their notes are concise as possible. At AS/A2 level in the UK, they will wake up at 7am, targeting to complete at least 6 hours of revision a day, whilst at the same time being able to incorporate at least 2-4 hours of 'fun' activities into the day. After the holidays, around 4-6 weeks before the exams, they start practising exam-style questions, papers etc, which they then hand to their teachers for marking. Their teachers will hand them back these questions and papers with corrections. The student may sit with the teacher to talk about their errors to again ensure complete understanding. They then go away and correct these errors. This process is lengthy, lasting until 1-2 weeks before the exam. After they have completed practise questions and papers, they will read over notes again, ensuring that they haven't missed anything. As an end result, they are left feeling confident about the exams they are taking. This, 'cuckoo99', which clearly you are, is the method undertaken by A* students all over the world, researched by countless studies and surveys.
