UAL - Helpful Accommodation Staff

Hi guys, It's true, this person does exsist!! don't know if anyone else was having problems in trying to apply for accommodation via the UAL accommodation website, I was having huge problems so telephoned to get some advice. It took two attempts to be put through to the Accommdation service but I got to speak to a lady by the name of faith (she voluntered her name and said to ask for her if I needed to call back) She was so helpful and put my mind at ease. More importantly, she listerned to me ranting and raving about the website application process. I found her helpful and friendly, so if you want reasurring ask for her :smile:
