Why wouldn't it be? Its an Irrational fear of foreign people or strangers, therefore a Psychological problem... I don't see how its not medically relevant? Im not talking about the 'damn foreigners coming over here taking our jobs sort' but people who have a genuine phobia and can experience quite debilitating symptoms.

You can get medical treatment for Xenophobia, just because there are no physical symptoms makes no difference! Thats like saying Depression or Bulimia aren't a medical disorders!
