Also Creatine made my hair fall out faster than other things. If you actually check the research there is strong correlation between creatine and faster hair loss. It raises DHT levels which can cause hormonal changes resulting in hair loss. Google it and you'll see plenty of stuff on it.
But yeah you can believe all the marketing hype if you want. How it's the miracle supp.

When bulking : whey protein - creatine if you like - LOTS OF FOOD - Multivit When cutting : Creatine - Cla - LGlutamine - Multivit - flax seed - probiotics
First a straight calorie deficit with 1.5g of protein per lb of bodyweight. When cutting you can play around with cycling if you like. All to do with experimentation

Ohh.. I did 250 hundred calorie deficit and never did any carb cycling. Although when I got down to around 10% bf I started having a two day carb load (usually at weekend) where I ramp up the carbs and lower fat and protein intake. This includes low and high GI carbs. The reason I did this was that carbs help produce leptin, the hormone responsible for metabolism. Which means fat burn

I did lots of workouts. So I don't really have a favourite. Pull ups and chin ups are my staple exercise. They're awesome! If you have a look at my youtube channel I will be uploading vids of my workout routines in the near future
