Do City Law and IB firms conduct random or madatory drug tests on their employees?

How Regularly, what kind of tests, for what drugs and with what penalty for failure?

How Regularly, what kind of tests, for what drugs and with what penalty for failure?

I can't imagine it happens that often to people, especially if its a large company. I know an airline pilot and he has not been tested once. As for what drugs, i'm not sure, but they probably check for stuff that your not supposed to have in you!

I suppose if your caught you will seriously risk losing the job and i guess maybe even having the police involved

As for them being random or mandatory, i think they are randomly mandatory!
