Hi guys,
I am pretty small and weedily thin. I have taken up kick-boxing twice a week to get fitter. I do two one hour sessions a week. The classes are extremely intense and I am bathed in my sweat at the end. I am also walking a lot of long distances to get fit too.
What will kick boxing do to me? I hear it really excercises your abs and legs, and arms. When will I start to see noticable results? Should I be adding more to my workout routine? I want to build muscle.
