Average age or experience Msc Finance students

I was just wondering the average age for MSc Finance programs??...I know that unlike MBA's work experience is not necessary for MSF programs.

Are most students that take Msc Finance programs recent grads or have some industry experience???

Most, I think, are recent grads. But I don't actually go to a uni that offers MSc Finance...

23? really? that means most of them dont have work experience?

Id figure some would work first before going back to school? Where I'm from (Canada) most work for a couple years before going back to MBA or Ms Finance.

22, I'd of thought. 22? 23? Split hairs.

I feel MSc Finance is pretty normal after an undergrad. MBA (as in, Exec MBA) is a different kettle of fish. Typically done 3 to 6 years after entering work for a continuous period.

I believe the average LBS 'student' (if you can call them that) is 30 and has 6 years of unbroken work experience. Mind you, the ones I've met, make me feel about _ high. Although, that said, I'm quite short :wink:

For British students, 22 is about right - a 3 year degree with maybe a gap year before or after, and usually no graduate-level work experience. Students from European unis will be a bit older.
