23? really? that means most of them dont have work experience?

Id figure some would work first before going back to school? Where I'm from (Canada) most work for a couple years before going back to MBA or Ms Finance.
22, I'd of thought. 22? 23? Split hairs.

I feel MSc Finance is pretty normal after an undergrad. MBA (as in, Exec MBA) is a different kettle of fish. Typically done 3 to 6 years after entering work for a continuous period.

I believe the average LBS 'student' (if you can call them that) is 30 and has 6 years of unbroken work experience. Mind you, the ones I've met, make me feel about _ high. Although, that said, I'm quite short
For British students, 22 is about right - a 3 year degree with maybe a gap year before or after, and usually no graduate-level work experience. Students from European unis will be a bit older.
