Positions as an OT after the degree?

Hi

I am a mature student. I have been looking at commutable universities (only 2 choices) and none of these seems to have links in the community for jobs afterwards or even show a % that go into an OT job.

Has anyone found other research on this?

A lot of universities on their careers part state that they have 'links' in the community eg. can help you secure a position after you leave. OT careers section does not have this.

Healthcare courses are a bit different to your traditional university courses. You will be undertaking clinical placements with teams out in hospitals and the community, so the opportunity to network and get to know about jobs that may be coming up will be available to you that way.
