I don't believe this is possible. You should ask your university though as each uni is different.

As above, it would be a matter of individual uni policy, so you'd have to check. I've never known it though.

However, it's usual for your first year marks not to contribute to your final degree mark. If this is the case on your course, then you just need to make sure you understand where you dropped marks and sort the issues out. With many (probably most) undergrad courses, you start with a clean mark slate in the second year. Check the marking scheme for your course with your Course Leader - you may not have an issue.
