Not bad, although it's hard to see your chest progress and the back picture is not the greatest quality photo. Where's the legs photo too? Am not hating btw, just being constructive

stop belittling OP's acheievments. If it's not your thing just don't comment.

But in all seriousness, do you think WOMEN like her in your sig go for skinny runts or strong muscular guys like OP's after photo. There is nothing normal about being weak and pathetic.

also great job OP

My chest isn't huge and i'm not sure i want it to be huge either tbh. Just personal preference. I've been DB pressing 42kg on my recent bulk though so it's pretty strong for its size.

Don't have too many leg pics on my computer....

Can't get really good detail in my legs for some reason, even when i'm low BF. Not sure why...

As a straight guy, I think it's a pretty good body.

42kg dumbbell bench press is pretty strong indeed and yeah it is hard building strong looking legs, it all takes time along with trial and error - seeing what works for you and what doesn't. Nevertheless, good progress mate and keep it up!
How much do you squat and how often out of interest? They may not pop due to lack of mass. My hamstrings seem to be more prominent than yours but my bf is higher.

How much can you dead lift? 3 sets of 6?

You've got to ask yourself what you want out of it. If you want bulk, keep lifting and keep going heavier. But it sounds like you're more interested in maintaining the tone you've got at the moment, in which case you should stick with the same weights.

Just out of interest do you feel like it was all worth it? The amount of time you put in, are you now reaping the benefits?

What spurred you to start lifting?

These are genuine questions, I'm not hating! Well done to you, you look great.. no homo.

What do you eat, a horse? You should give some advice on diet for beginner lifters, seeing the progress you've made. Congrats.
