Not sure what to do about AS level grades?

Hi all,

I found out today I got:

B- English Lang
C- Psychology
D - Biology
E - Chemistry

For my AS. I really wanted to do Biomedical Science at possibly Durham but I don't know even know if I can do that anymore...also my predicted grades are going to look horrible, probably ABC, Which won't get me into any of the unis I've considered...

Can anyone offer any advice or stories if they were in a similar position before? Is it impossible for me to get AAA still and am I just dreaming? Is it still possible to up all these grades in A2?
