When will I have to apply for the A2S scheme?

I have just started year 12 and found out about the access to Southampton scheme, you have to apply when you are in year 12. The website says that applications have closed for 2014 but does not mention 2015. I know it is early to be thinking about these things but does anybody know around what time of the year they will be requesting applications for 2015?
