Be more confident
If your personality was what I was looking for in a partner and I found you physically attractive, then sure, I'd consider you and probably be interested. I know a lot of people are telling you to be more confident, and that's obviously easier said than done. I do think that is the main issue here - I find that people tend to date those who are sure of themselves, which is why we see a lot of insecure people on TSR complaining that they haven't got girlfriends. Focus on yourself for a while and make sure that you are the person you want to be. Project that to the world. Girls will come.
