Ariel Sharon has Died.

New Zealand wishes to extend its sympathy towards Israel at the news of the loss of their former leader and hopes that it will learn from his mistakes. The atrocities that he helped to inflict upon so many, including but not confined to the Sabra and Shatila massacres, will not be forgotten. Justice has not yet been served.

Iran would like to remind the world of the devastation Sharon caused during his time as Prime Minister.

We extend our sympathies to the families of his victims, especially those of the Sabra and Shatila massacres.

Iran will continue to pursue justice for the Palestinian people
The European Union would like to offer its greatest sympathies to the Family of Ariel Sharon and will still be deeply committed to resolving the Middle East peace conflict.
The United States of America would like to share in these sympathies.

The Syrian Arab Republic would join with Iran in its sentiments and dispel this myth of sainthood that the New Zealand representative confers to the deceased. We will remember their atrocities as well as their endeavours.
Germany would like to offer its sympathies with Israel.

Pakistan would like all nations to remember the conflicts and troubles which Sharon caused and agree with Iran
The Dominion of Canada offers condolences to Israel and praises the legacy of a staunch defender of one of the great architects of the modern state. History will judge his actions in terms of what needed to be done. The context of his policies should never be ignored.

The Republic of South Africa is saddened by the loss of another great leader and sympathise at a time so soon after the passing of one of our own, Mabida. Today is not a day to discuss his policies, it is a day of mourning and respect for the friends, family and countrymen he leaves behind.
