Royal Bank of Scotland interview..help

i have a phone interview with RBS. has anyone done a phone interview before.. any tips or help would be greatly appreciated :smile:

I think they just confirm your details, you have get asked some maths questions... ask about previous jobs and they might ask you to tell them about a time where you had to take control of a situation or somthing like that.

If I remember correctly...phone interviews are partly automated choice questions and the rest is where they confirm the details, etc...? Maybe it varies depending on the company...

If you dont get through the phone interview they dont offer a face to face interview. Ive done quite a few, think they are standard for big companies. Ive just been asked general questions about myself, the job etc, it only takes about 10-15 mins.
