Those that are in the google drive file can contact each other

What do you guys think would be the best way to do good in this exam? Unit 7 is such a long exam with 10 hours!

I was thinkin of revising by practising the tables (although they may not be accurate) , going through making forms that mentiond on the pre release, adding the functions and all, making reports and so on...

Ahh really disliking this exam atm :unimpressed:

Hii, would you be able to message me the pre release spreadsheet and notepad documents pleasee? My school hasnt provided them to us yet! Thanks:smile:

Hi Wayne unfortunately there is no pre-release spread sheets, it’s a matter of going on Access and guess working your way round and getting familiar with Access. If you do need help with anything specific in Access don’t hesitate to ask and I’ll try my best to help!
P.S not looking forward to this exam!!

Are you creating a query then a macro? Make sure you have your tables labelled correctly and the txt boxes (on the student form) are also labelled.

Can you link what formula you are using?

The list of tables my teacher has come up with are as follows:
AssignedCharacters
AssignedProductionJobs
Characters
Students
TypesofJobs

These 5 are very similar to the ones you posted above, but we do not have a Production table o.o

Also, I will be updating files on the Google Drive cdude has been sending via email. I will be posting an updated example of Activity 2 as well as the form from Activity 1. If everyone could contribute, that'd be great!

1 Registering Students which involves:
- ensuring their name, gender and preferred production job are present
- generating a unique student number
- storing the students details if all requirements are met
- providing a suitable message for Vicky, so that she knows what is happening

Activity 1 on the Google Drive has been completed. Please check if you are unsure on this part of the exam.

2 Assigning students to characters and other jobs for The Wizard of Oz, using one form only, which involves:
- selecting the production
- indicating what type of production job the student is to be assigned to
- if it is an actor then:
- selecting the character
- displaying details for the character
- if it is another production job:
- allowing the job to be selected

Activity 2 is still incomplete, I have listed the tasks above which have been completed. I will update the Google Drive once these have been completed.

Please try and gain access to the Google Drive, but please contribute as well. We all want to pass this exam.
