Student Finace
My son applied for student finave and got a letter saying he would receive £9000 tuition fees loan and then calculations for maintenance loan amounting to around £4888, but then saying student loan £0. Does anyone understand this? I know our income is above the grant level but thought he was entitled to the loan for living costs. Thanks for any help.

It looks like has has asked for £0 maintenance costs. He needs to phone SFE and tell them he wants the maintenance loan.
