Resolution
Resolution 2006/20: Concerning the Secretary General

Committee: Peacekeeping & Disarmament
Submitted by: United States of America, Russia

The General Assembly of The United Nations,

Bearing in mind that the current Secretary General is a antiquated bot with limited abilities,.
Deeply concerned that this has hindered the Secretary General from successfully fulfilling its role,
Aware of the circumstances casuing this, that are: lack of funds at the United Nations to upgrade the bot,

1.

Requests that all nations increase payements to the United Nations by 2% to provide funds for upgrading the Secretary General bot;

2.

Urges countries with experienced programmers to lend them to the United Nations for this praiseworthy cause;

3.

Proclaims that the United States shall itself provide several programmers and suggests that the base of operations be in Geneva, with Swiss concent;

4.

Supports the creation of an ad hoc programming group to work on this matter forthwith;

5.

Expresses its hope that other nations will support this cause;

6.

Requests that all members refer to the Secretary-General as the incompetent, oblivious and sensless bot.
