I got 6As 2Bs 4As in IGCSE.

If you do not meet universities' minimum requirements for GCSEs you will not get in, regardless of how good the rest of your application is.
Your GCSEs are acceptable for a few places, but you will need to apply carefully so that you don't go for anywhere that will reject you straight away. Have a look at the wiki section on GCSE requirements for medicine for more information.
