Teach First - Subject Knowledge Audit (SKA)

Having applied and been accepted for English on the Teach First course, my sister is unfortunately having to review and amend her SKA. In particular, section 4 with the action plan is needing a lot of attention. Can anyone give her any advise on what Teach First specifically look for in this area or give her some ideas on what she could do on this section?
