Part-time university work experience

Hi everybody,

I'm going back to university in October and am really keen to build up my CV.

My course has a lot of contact hours and I'm desperate to get a first which means it is difficult to commit to a part-time job. Despite being short on money, I will be happy to forgo cash in order to build some really valuable experience with a company that allows me to work flexibly and gives me some extra benefits!

Is this possible in the Fashion/Marketing industry? Or am I dreaming!

It is more likely to be possible in the retail industry, which can obviously have some links to fashion. I think that in most cases, the Fashion/Marketing industry will only want full-time workers or ones on non-flexible contracts.

Still, no harm in phoning up different companies to enquire though.
