. I have my clinical elective in Manchester via Erasmus+ (from now to October). Could you recommend me any activities for my leasure time? Or any place where I could find friends? I dont know anybody here.

I guess it depends on what are your interests Petra, what do you enjoy doing on your leisure time?
There will be a lot of new people with your same situation, me included, new to town, not knowing anybody. So I'm sure you'll be able to make friends with no problem, just be yourself, go out and socialize, and I'm sure you'll find a club or a place that suits your interests.
In any case, you've got one person here who is going to suffer the same, so just let me know =)
