I had a read at your other post. I understand you're in a dilemma about Medicine or Dentistry?
I think you need to priorities what is important to you. I personally would simply put it down to what you found the most captivating and exciting and set aside which one has an easier life or more/less money.
I'm biased and I'll be the first person to admit that (soon to be medical student), but the journey from medical student, to baby doctor, to some kind of Doctor seems rather exciting to me. I personally do not mind the idea of copious amounts of training and routine sacrifices of my social life, as being a Doctor is what I want to do. Either profession is going to be a "lifetime of continuous learning" and as difficult as each other. The decision between medicine and dentistry was very simple of me. I choose medicine, as I dislike teeth.
Whats the most appealing part to you? Are you wanting to specialize?
Through my wex i just found that i love the whole environment, working with people all the time. Hoping to specialise in cardiothoracic surgery, but obviously my feelings may change by the end of the course!
