Predicted Grades

Which universities, in particular medical schools, place the most emphasis on your IB predicted grades, as opposed to gcses for example?

I know there are medical schools that place an emphasis on achieved AS grades, but I find it hard to believe there will be medical schools that place an emphasis on predicted IB grades. Universities know that teachers generally inflate predicted grades, so I don't think many would be gullible enough to use predicted grades as their main factor. There are certainly universities that put less of an emphasis on GCSEs though, and more on stuff like the UKCAT.
