Hi,
I've moved your thread to the PS advice forum where our PS Advisors will be able to help you.

I'm not a specialist in these fields, but from a general point of view, TSR has quite a few resources which you might find helpful. These include the free PS builder, guidance from PS advisors, the personal statement library (http://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/wiki/Category:Personal_Statements_by_Subject) and also the premium review service (though there is a cost attached to this final element of TSR's help).

Hey!
Basically just summarise why you want to do medicine! I know you said it's mainly biology, but what else about being a doctor draws you?
It needs to focus more on the 'being a doctor' rather than the biology side - otherwise you could do a biology degree instead
Think about why you want to do the career, why you want to do the degree and why, right now, you're interested in it. Don't try to think of the moment you were inspired. But instead what makes you want to do it after careful consideration

The biology-side is certainly interesting, but I think that's a poor reason to put down for a few reasons!

There is actually so little biology in medicine. You learn only in a human context; you go into very shallow depth for the biological topics you study; you skip most of the field of biology, since medical science is an applied science and deals with only that relevant to physiology and disease. Medicine is much more about getting a broad understanding of function, disease, the process of care and developing the soft and hard skills required to help sick/anxious people feel better. You study medicine because you want to become a doctor, not because you want to learn about medical science or biology.
