No, it won't. Liverpool, for example, can't see that you're also applying for biovet at Bristol, so there's no danger of looking unmotivated to other unis, and with these courses especially, they will understand that you want to do a closely-related insurance choice if you don't get in, so they should be fine with this. If anything, they may be flattered you've applied to them twice!
