Select the faculty on the little list half-way down the page, and it will tell you what level of English they want you to have.

(According to: https://www.ucl.ac.uk/prospective-students/undergraduate/apply/entry-requirements/acceptable-qualifications, Standard level: Pass at grade C
, Good level: Pass at grade C, Advanced level: Pass at grade B)

So it might be the case that you need to re-sit your GCSE English language. Ask in your school/college how you can do this.
