Normally in response to a text.

Should a guy initiate often to wish her a good day?
Do girls like that?
Girls what do you mean with these type of responses? I'm trying to compliment someone, but don't know what these mean. Help!

Hahaha I like this.

She's called me 1. once. And 5 and 6 twice now. I'm not sure whether to take it as affection and even then as lover/friend. She asks me 11. often. But we live far apart so meeting up immediately isn't on the cards. Once when I responded and asked hers, she didn't respond?? So then I ended up wishing her well for the weekend, and she did respond with a 5.

She wrote 10. when it wasn't my birthday, I was just making conversation about something else. The thing is she had actually missed my birthday a long time ago. So I said, Haha no, my birthday is xyz. She didn't reply to that though.

What about initiations? It seems like I'm initating all the time now. Before she used to literally initiate all the time on IM. In terms of texts, it's mainly me talking. I'm aware of this now and feel sad. I could stop texting her, but then that's it. No more talking. But her responses vary. Some days she seems over the moon to hear from me. Other days, she responds really enthusiastically to 1st message and blanks the 2nd? I can see she's online on whatsapp often as well to add insult to injury.

Should I keep initiating?

How do handle a time difference of 5 hours? She seems to respond if I respond quickly via email - virtually instantly. But trouble is I'm asleep by the time she responds to my text. Yet I see she is online often on whatsapp. Wtf?

So say we all! Help me buddy, you're my only hope to understand these gals.

Thing is there is a 5hr time difference, she responds to my emails instantly if the convo gets going. And waits about 15 minutes for texts if I text her evening our time. But then I end up being asleep and responding next morning, and so she responds a few hours later, but the convo ends up dying.

I can see her on whatsapp often though. Don't understand how IM she initiated all the time and now is haphazard with texting. She did give me her number though I suppose.

How do I get her to initiate? How do I keep her wanting me to respond? Bottom line how to understand this game women play?!! Don't understand why you can't just respond to a text!

Thing is are you sure she means what she says? Why does she respond/initiate a question and then not respond to the answer? Does she like me if she uses 4 through to 7?

Holy christ, why do people try and read into/second guess every little part of communication? Sweet mother of god... It's all about context, anyway. There are no set rules about what any of those phrases mean in isolation.

Look I get what you are saying, but come one, when a guy or girl fancies someone, they often overthink what their crush says. And sometimes there is some meaning, and some girls play games.
