Monday 3 November

The Art of Brilliance - 6.15pm
Aims to transform the way you think about yourself and your life, inspiring you to make the most of what you’ve been given. With the science of positive psychology at its core, the workshop aims to energise you to get into good habits that will serve you well throughout your life.

Wednesday 5 November

CVs and Covering letters -3.30pm
Find out how to structure and present your skills and achievements to create a powerful CV and covering letter that will impress employers.

Interviews and Assessment Centres - 3.30pm
This session looks at the types of interview you may encounter, the questions you may be asked, and the typical activities you’ll come across at an assessment centre. Delivered jointly by an employer and a careers adviser, you’ll hear first-hand what to expect and learn how to prepare effectively.

Professional Work Experience - 4.30pm
This workshop will give you an induction to Professional Work Experience; what to expect, your rights and responsibilities and professional conduct. It will get you started on reflecting on your skills, values and which area of work you might want to gain experience in.

Thursday 6 November

Careers in Finance, Accountancy and Governance - 6.00pm
Guest speakers from the world of finance uncover Accountancy, Risk, Tax, Insurance and Company Secretary careers through talks, practical workshops and networking opportunities.
