Are you judged based on what school you come from? (especially UCL)

I'm currently doing my As levels and am hoping to go to uni and do medicine. My first choice would be UCL.
I go to quite a good school (Beaconsfield High School) which is in the top 30 for secondary state schools. I was wondering if they'll judge me and my results based on the school I go to. Will it make my results less impressive if around 10 other girls in my year got all A*s in their GCSE's?
I got 8 A*s (english lang, maths, bio, chem. phys, spanish, religious studies & DT)
and 3 A's (english lit, business, arabic)
and a C in A2 arabic.
I'm happy with my grades but I'm worried they'll appear average if they rank me compared to other girls in my school? Help!
I don't think it would make much/any difference. Your grades are good.
