Why Cant Turbohalers Be Used With Aerochamber Spacers In Asthma?

Because they won't work?
Metered dose inhalers are aerosols, so can be inhaled via a spacer.

Turbohalers use dry powder, so even if they could be attached the dry powder would likely just stay at the bottom of the spacer.

As above,

aerochambers need a driven device (ie aerosol) to work. Turbohalers require the patient to draw the powder up by inhaling. Go by your local pharmacy and ask them to show you!
